Applications:
The auto micro spot uv coater is suitable for both full and spot uv coating onto words graphic patterns in books, advertisement, color paperboard to enhance their sense of beauty and give them surface protection. It is the ideal equipment for small format printed sheets.
Features:
Feeding, coating, drying, solidification and delivery are fully automatic.
Man-machine interface with help of PLC for easy operation and trouble shooting indicaitions.
Safety cover designed with conformity to CE standards to give operator safety.
Fully close design to control release of UV light and waste air with environment-friendly concept considered.
Key bearings and electrical components adopt famous international brands.
Compact structure for easy install and move.
Feeder: Multi-point high speed feeding with easy operation & adjustment.
Coating unit: Gripper chain transportation system. UV supplying system is composed of reverse rotating rollers to give more even coating. Pneumatic oil supply control system give stable oil supplying.
IR drying: It is for coating with water-based varnish.
UV drying: It is composed of high-voltage mercury lamps, mirror reflectors, electrical control, cooling system and air exhausting system.
Stacker: Flipable safety cover can provide easy operation. Jogger with fan cooling to ensure good delivery.
