Applications:
The micro auto/semi auto full uv coater is suitable for full uv coating and water-based coating onto words graphic patterns in books, advertisement, color paperboard to enhance their sense of beauty and give them surface protection. It is the ideal equipment for small format printed sheets.
Features:
¨ Man-machine interface with help of PLC for easy operation and trouble shooting indicaitions.
¨ Safety cover designed with conformity to CE standards to give operator safety.
¨ Fully close design to control release of UV light and waste air with environment-friendly concept considered.
¨ Key bearings and electrical components adopt famous international brands.
¨ Compact structure for easy install and move.
¨ Feeder: Multi-point high speed feeding with easy operation & adjustment.
¨ IR drying: It is for coating with water-based varnish. It adopts far-IR short wave lamp and double-layer heat isolation, which is good to save power.
¨ UV Coating: Three rollers with reverse rotating and variable roller speed provide the best coating effect for customer and customized thickness of coating layer. Auto sheet jam stop. Optional air knife is specially for thin paper( over 80gsm)
¨ UV curing: Integrated lamp cover with reflector and fan cooling system inside, which solidify efficiently. The cover is also good to keep the temperature inside to avoid coating deformation.
¨ Stacker: Jogging frequency can be set according to sheet weight. Pneumatic jogger ensures good upright delivery. Auto counter is also there.
