3.The newly designed three-layer type track claw plate structure moves horizontally,realizing simultaneous angle rotation and retraction.It can quickly cooperate with the claw replacement to realize claw arrangement change of different shoe types quickly and greatly enhance production efficiency.
4.The electric device operation is newly designed,adopting the concealed type structure.All operations can be completed once it is opened,so that the hidden risk of damage to last due to its falling and is avoided.
5.Free adjustment design of toe cap pressing travel is never affected by the differences of temperature and pressure.It provides very stable force for pressing.
6.The manual descending adjuster of inside and outside lasting table can quickly adjust the relative place between lasting table and middle claw according to the size of all types of shoes.
7.The claw tray adopts translational and individual contraction and enlargement adjustment structure design,which can accurately and rapidly adjust different types of shoes with different sizes and without angles during bonding.
8.The design of seven-millimeter knife-mould,joined with nine-claw non-rotation device,so that shoe upper is connected firmly,waist radian is more identical with shoe last and upper is bonded easily.
9.Full-feature tensioner and wiper with special trace design can ensure that the shoe surface presses tightly against the last after bonding without any angles,therefore enhanciing the bonding quality.

12.The pressure head can be designed for high and low regulation to make the pressing the more stable and reliable,which is helpful to guranteeing bonding quality.
