Speed 60m/min Flexo Printing Press Machine (PT 4/2) with Max Printing L 300mm
WORKING PRINCIPLE
PT is a six colors double-sided woven lable flexo graphic printing presses, its principle is work by high-precision anilox roll, which transfer ink evenly to the plate cylinder, and then directly by the plate cylinder pressure in belt material on the surface. The result is that the ink layer is thick, the color can resistant to be water off , and also the ink is environmental protective. White ink can be printed on the black belt material, there are various versions of the drum specification to choose, as to change the length of printing. The normal standard of the ceramic anilox roll is 180 lines ,and other three lines 150 lines, 300 lines, 500 lines to be selected , as to adapt to different print.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
SBR400 Flexo Plate Making Machine: exposure, washing, drying, Paste and anti-paste in the line, it has ice (PHILIPS) tubes, powerful vacuum pump, super flat drive plate, circulating hot air temperature drying system. Suitable for supporting small-scale flexo graphic printing presses. this product use wash version tetrachloroethylene: ratio of n-butanol to 4:1 mixed solvent.

CURING OVEN
WORKING PRINCIPLE
DHG9073 thermostatic drum wind drying oven with constant temperature drying system, increasing printing color fastness to the whole roll of ribbon. It can maintain 120 ℃, 5 hours heat preservation for the ribbon,100 ℃, 4 hours heat preservation for tape . For example high requirement for the print fastness, please add a suitable curing agent in printing ink, before using to heat preservation. This machine is not suitable for inflammable and explosive goods drying, in case of an explosion.
