MDC filter cartridge type industrial dust collector for silica sand
APPLICATION
This product is widely used in cement,mineral processing,electronics, chemical industry ,food processing, metallurgy, casting, carbon materials, machinery processing, wood for building materials industry.
OPERATIONAL PRINCIPLE
Dust containing gas from the inlet into the dust collector, box, through filtration bag, the dust and gas separation, the dust is adsorbed on the surface of clean air through the filter bag.Filter bag is discharged from the air outlet,deposition in more dust and the bag surface increased with time, according to the injection procedure setting, pulse jet valve receives issued by the controller, in order to trigger the opening, gas bag of compressed air ejected from the moment each hole blowing pipe, the scripture’s jet to corresponding filter bag, filter bag dust adsorbed on the surface dust fall off, fall into the bucket, the discharged ash valve or directly into the cabin.
