What is a screen filter ?
JHZ series screen filter is also called mechanical fine bar screen or mechanical grille, mainly used to eliminate impurities from liquid in wastewater pretreatment process. We are professional manufacturer in manufacturing and designing of screen filter since year 2006.
Working principles of screen filter:
JHZ series screen filter is composed of electric motor, gear box, steel frame, tooth rake chain, traction chain etc..
Electric motor and gearbox are mounted on the upper rack of steel frame, drive sprocket of tooth rake traction device is at the head of steel frame, rotated by gearbox output shaft, work together with another driven sprocket which is located at the end of steel frame.
Two sprockets are connected by traction chains, with the rotation of sprockets, tooth rake group run in the opposite direction of water flow. When impurities are carried to the steel frame upper limit position, because of the guiding of sheave and curve rails, most impurities will fall into a junk car and be carried away. At the same time, tooth rake will self-clean up with each other. Wastewater after treated flow away through the gap of tooth rake. Screen filter is your ideal choice to remove colloidal particles, solids, impurities, etc..
