What is waste water rake bar screens?
JHZ series waste water rake bar screens are also called fine mechanical fine bar screen or mechanical rake bar screen, mainly used to eliminate impurities from liquid in wastewater pretreatment process. We have been over 8 years in manufacturing and designing of waste water rake bar screens since year 2006.
JHZ series waste water rake bar screens are composed of electric motor, gear box, steel frame, tooth rake chain, traction chain etc..
Electric motor and gearbox are mounted on the upper rack of steel frame, drive sprocket of tooth rake traction device is at the head of steel frame, rotated by gearbox output shaft, work together with another driven sprocket which is located at the end of steel frame.
Two sprockets are connected by traction chains, with the rotation of sprockets, tooth rake group run in the opposite direction of water flow. When impurities are carried to the steel frame upper limit position, because of the guiding of sheave and curve rails, most impurities will fall into a junk car and be carried away.
At the same time, tooth rake will self-clean up with each other. Wastewater after treated flow away through the gap of tooth rake. JHZ series waste water rake bar screens are your ideal choice to remove colloidal particles, solids and impurities.
