Company Introduction

We are specialized in manufacturing waste tire/plastic/rubber recycling machine, pyrolysis machine and oil distillation machine, oil refining machines, tire oil/plastic oil/engine oil/ship oil refining plants. We have three workshops producing every parts, professional laboratory improving technology and demo plant which could show customers running machine. And experienced engineers guarantee installation of our equipment and good after -sale service as our company starts from 1993..

We have three factories totally. One is demo factory for showing our running machine lines to customers; Another is our big workshop to make the reactors; And the last one is our oldest factory which makes the auxiliary parts .And we also have our own independent laboratory.

Brief description of waste tire pyrolysis machine process

Firstly, put the raw material into furnace, then seal the feed inlet system. Secondly, burn the fuel material (coal, or wood, or natural gas, oil ) in the combustion system, the reactor will slowly be heated ,when the temperature reaches around 80-100 degree Celsius, It will produce oil gas, oil gas will be processed by our technology ,then goes to the cooling system-condensers to be cooled down then go to the first heavy oil tank. the other oil gas which can not be liquefied under normal pressure and normal temperature ,can be recycled going into the furnace instead of the fuel materials to heat the reactor, which can save energy very much . After finishing oil produce ,the temperature of reactor will be down, at the same time ,carbon black will be discharged automatically. Lastly, when the temperature falls to 100 degree Celsius, workers could open the door of reactor to discharge of steel wire. Then you can start another batch working.

Waste Tire Pyrolysis Machine Main Components

1. Reactor - pyrolysis for waste tire/rubber/plastic

2. catalyst chamber - reduce speed of oil gas; improve oil quality

3. oil-water separator - avoid oil gas being back to reactor for safety

4. cooling system (cooling pipe and vertical condensers / horizontal condensers) -better condensing effect, more oil you will get

5. oil tanks - collect oil

6. anti-back fire device - recycle tail gas to furnace as fuel; second water closing for safety

7. negative pressure device - guarantee working under normal pressure safety; shorten pyrolysis time; environment protection.

8. dust removal system - ensure the smoke reach national emission standards

9. auto-feeder - shorten feeding time; feed more raw material; save workers.

10. carbon black slagging device - automatically environmental protection; save time and workers.

As these gas can not be cooled under the normal pressure, besides they are all combustible gas, which is dangerous to storage. after it produce we let the gas back to the combustion system to burn as energy. This will safe and save your fuel cost.
