2013 large capacity long service life GZD-850*3000 power vibrating feeder
♥ Usage and application of powder vibrating feeder :
1). Vibrating feeder is designed on with vibration principle, creating vibration it pass the material into the funnel and screen. Vibrating feeder is made up of vibrating frame, vibrator, spring, motor and motor vibrating accessory. The vibrator is contains two fixed eccentric shafts with jogged gears, they create a high aptitude to vibrate the equipment.
2). Vibrating feeders can be mounted on a concrete or steel base and it rests on springs. Electrical drives are attached with the feeder. It can be integrated to any type of crusher, crushing and screening unit. Vibratory feeders are with line plate to reduce wear resistance.
♥ Features of powder vibrating feeder :
1). Simple and advanced structure, evenly feeding, continuous performance, and adjustable exciting force.
2). Easy to operate and change or control the flow at any time.
3). Low noise, small power consumption, good adjusting performance, and no missing phenomenon.

♥ Working priciple of powder vibrating feeder :
A). There are two eccentric shafts rotating at high speed at the same time from opposite directions, thus the strong centrifugal force is formed. The component forces of centrifugal force along the vibrating direction will always overlap
B). each other, then counteract with that of vertical force from vibrating direction, then exciting force along single direction is formed to drive the feeder vibrate along straight line. When materials are fed into the feeder, they may be thrown up
and move like para curve, then fall down. The materials will move forward on the slope surface of the feeder
