Fg-kfg2-a type powder filling machine is one kind of sterile powder filling machine which our company developed initially.
Brief introduction:Fg-kfg2-a type powder filling machine is one kind of sterile powder filling machine which our company developed initially.Its volume is small,same direction in bottle inlet and bottle outlet.The filling and stoppering is conducted in the same graduator.With its compact structure,it is welcomed by customers with small production capacity and small room size.We have large number of customers home and abroad using this kind of powder filling machine.
Production capacity:7Ml vial filling dosage 1g 100~120 bts/min
Working principle:This machine consists of turntable, graduator, filling head, stoppering device and bottle outlet track.The turntable and stainless steel chain is used to transfer the bottles, and the stepping motor is used to drive the filling auger.
Filling process:the chain sends the vial to the graduator,then the powder conveying screw and the filling auger fill the powder into the vial according to preset step number.The stoppering device also add stopper on the vial when filling is finished and vial sent to stoppering position during the stop time of the graduator.
Characteristic:Small volume,suitable for pharmaceutical companies with small production capacity and small room size.
