Brief introduction:Yg-alg-2 type ampoule filling and sealing machine is a liquid filling machine our company has developed for the production of ampoule injectable liquid production.It adopts peristaltic pump and 2 head filling.
Production capacity:5~10Ml 70-80bts/min
Working principle:This machine consists of bottle feeding tray, star wheel, bottle feeding rack, peristaltic pump filling system, flame nozzle, sealing plier, bottle outlet track and electric control system.It depends on the upper and lower bottle feeding rack to position ampoules.
Tray and star wheel are used to feed ampoule, rack to position ampoules, high temperature flame to melt the glass to seal the ampoules.
Characteristic:Single chip system controlled peristaltic pump filling, dosage precision is high,can adjust the dosage without stopping the machine.
Filling device has anti-dripping function,no“black head“ after sealing.
Lliquid filling and sealing in one machine, space-saving.Simple structure, good appearance and easy to clean.
Rack positioning is precise, running is stable can fill bottles of different size.
Easy operation, speed controlled by inverter, high automation degree.
Adopts oxygen and natural gas as fuel gas, small pollution.
With counting and no ampoule no filling function.
Optional nitrogen filling device
Optional acrylic glass protection hood or curtain, 100-class laminar flow
