This machine consists of turntable, 3 guaduator, filling head, rubber stopper oscillator, aluminum cap oscillator, capping headBrief introduction:Fg-kfg2-b type powder filling machine is a powder filling and capping machine (monoblock) which is researched by our company according to the special requirements from customers. It uses 3 guaduators to conduct filling, stoppering and capping 3 process.This machine is suitable for pharmaceutical companies which has small production capacity and small room size.

Working principle:This machine consists of turntable, 3 guaduator, filling head, rubber stopper oscillator, aluminum cap oscillator, capping head and bottle outlet track.The filling auger is driven by the stepping motor which is controlled by electric control system.
Use turntable and track to transfer bottles to the 3 graduator.At the graduator, the 3 process of filling, stoppering and capping is finished.The powder conveying screw and filling auger will fill the powder into the bottle according to preset step number.It use vacuum power to add the stopper.The aluminum caps will come through the track of the oscillator then to the cap-adding head.After that, the aluminum cap will be sealed on the bottle neck by the force of 3 rotating capping knives.
Characteristic:Monoblock machine equips with filling and capping, suitable for customers with small production capacity and small scale.
