Intruction

CW200 series marine Genset adopts internationally advanced CW200 series marine diesel engines as its power source and is equipped with 1FC6 series brushless generators (Siemens technology). The engine and the generator are connected by Vulkan flexible coupling and mounted on common fixing pedestal. This series Genset reaches A (Excellent) level in vibration test. The power range of the Genset is from 320kW to 1,500kW. Its rotation speed is 750r/min or 1,000r/min when the frequency is 50Hz or 720r/min or 900r/min when the frequency is 60Hz. Its main features include low fuel consumption, high reliability, long durability and easy maintenance. MGO, MDO and HFO (380cSt/50℃) can be used. CCS, BV, GL and RINA classification certificates can be provided upon request. Main Features 1.1 Reliable and durable: TBO reaches 25,000 hours 1.2 Stable and low vibration: the Genset is connected with the ship hull by Vulkan damper, which effectively reduces the vibration both from the Genset and to the hull. 1.3 High generator efficiency (0.93~0.95), small voltage waveform distortion, excellent dynamic performance, insulation grade is F Class or H Class, protection grade is IP23 or IP44 1.4 high-end configuration for optional functions 1.4.1 The Genset is capable of exchanging information with computer data collection system of the cabin (485 interface), providing information inclusive of rotation speed, lub oil pressure and temperature, fresh water pressure and temperature, fuel pressure, gas temperature both before and after turbocharger, alarming data, lub oil pressure drop of lub oil filter, and fuel oil leak alarm. 1.4.2 The unit has realized AUT-0 Cycle Automatic Operation without workers on duty. Optional configuration 1. Start-up: in-line engines can choose electric or gas start-up 2. High-pressure oil pumps: separated pump / integrated pump (for in-line engines only) 3. Speed adjust: mechanic hydraulic (with servo motor) / electronic (Woodward, Heinzmann, fortrust) 4. Exhaust temperature display: pointer instrument / thermocouple 5. Thermostatic valve: copper / GGG 6. Engine monitor: standard configuration (rotation speed, oil pressure, water temperature, oil temperature) (remote transmission) / special configuration (rotation speed, oil pressure, water temperature, oil temperature, fresh water pressure, fuel temperature, exhaust temperature of various cylinders, front and rear turbine) (remote transmission or 485 interface) 7. Generator protection grade: IP23/IP44 8. Manufacturer of generator: Liudian / Fenxi 9. Indicator valve / release valve 10. Prelube pump: manual / electric (self-start Genset can choose electric prelube pump only) 11. Nozzle cooling unit: for engines using HFO with viscosity over 120cSt/50℃only (two or three Gensets share one) 12. External drawing of fresh water heating device, circuit diagram, and instructions (provided upon request for self-start unit) 13. Automatic control box: self-start, pre-heating and pre-lubrication of standby GenSet (provided upon request for self-start unit) 14. Fuel leakage alarming device and emission certificate 15. Silencer 16. Spare parts for unrestricted service 17. Certificates (CCS/BV/GL/RINA, provided upon request)
