CW250 series marine Genset adopts Weichai CW250 series marine diesel engines as its power source and is equipped with 1FC6 series brushless generators (Siemens technology). The engine and the generator are connected by flexible coupling and mounted on common fixing pedestal. This series Genset reaches A (Excellent) level in vibration test. The power range of the Genset is from 900kW to 1,700kW. With compact structure, high economic performance and reliability as well as high accuracy in pressure adjustment and little distortion in voltage waveform, it is durable, highly efficient, and easily maintained. It can be used as the marine auxiliaries. In addition, it can burn MDO and HFO (180cSt/50℃) after some configuration changes. It complies with IMO Tier Ⅱ Emission Standard. CCS, ZY, BV and RINA classification certificates can be provided upon request. Main Features 1. It adopts internal cooling water jacket, intake cavity, and main oil gallery with compact structure, high reliability and high economic performance. 2. Main spare parts such as connecting rods and crankshafts are made from high-quality alloy steel, boasting high impact toughness and fatigue strength. Its cylinder liner is made by plateau honing technology. Its interior surface has been treated by nitriding technology, making it more durable. 3. high generator efficiency (0.93~0.95), small voltage waveform distortion, excellent dynamic performance; the insulation grade is F Class, protection grade is IP23 or IP44 4. Stable and low vibration: the vibration isolator is mounted between the common fixing pedestal and foundation, which reduces the vibration and noise pollution. 5. Low fuel consumption; light smoke color 6. The design of heat insulation, protection and safety instruction of the Genset is designed according to CE standard 7. The design of the electrical system satisfies electro-magnetic compatibility. 8. The unit has realized AUT-0 Cycle Automatic Operation without workers on duty. Optional configuration 1. Sea-water pump: centrifugal sea-water pump / electrical sea-water pump 2. Prelube pump: manual / electric 3. Oil filter: duplex oil filter / oil filter with pressure difference alarming system 4. Speed governor: mechanic hydraulic speed governor / Woodward electronic hydraulic speed governor 5. Turbine's front exhaust pipe temperature meter / exhaust temperature thermocouple 6. Generator protection grade: IP23/IP44 7. Generator manufacturer: Liudian / Fenxi 8. Fresh water heating device (provided upon request for self-start units) 9. Automatic control box: self-start, pre-heat and pre-lube for standby unit (provided upon request for self-start unit) 10. Silencer 11. Spare parts for unrestricted service 12. Certificates (CCS/ZY/BV/RINA classification certificates are provided upon request) 13. Fuel leakage alarming device and emission certificate
