- Jumbo Roll Slitting and Rewinding Machine is with automatic meter counter for working length tracking, when reached the preset length, machine stop and alarm automatically.
- Jumbo Roll Slitting and Rewinding Machine is with A and B pneumatic shaft structure for rewinding, easy for loading and unloading, and no overlap(rewinding rolls can be easily separated).
- Machine is with 3 sets magnetic brake/clutch for unwind/rewind tension control.
- 3 sets automatic tension control system are implanted in PLC, easy operation.
- Jumbo Roll Slitting and Rewinding Machine is with photoelectric automatic error correction adjustment system for unwinding to keep accurate roll edge.
- Jumbo Roll Slitting and Rewinding Machine is with edge trimming system for waste edge trimming.
- With automatic pneumatic loading system with 3’’ air expanding shaft for jumbo roll loading, easy operation.
- With automatic cut when meter reached the preset data.
