BRIDGE MULTI BLADES GRANITE BLOCK STONE CUTTING MACHINE
Function:
This stone cutting machine is applicable for cutting stone block into slabs , featured by precise cutting, high efficiency and easy operation. It can cut with combination of large, middle-size and small blades or single large blade, ideally used for cutting blocks.
Production Ability:
Granite of medium rigidity: 200M2 / 16h
Granite of hard rigidity:150 M2 / 16h
Marble: 110-120M2 / 16h
Suggested Blade combination:
QDQ-2500: 9-10 blades from big to small when cutting 1.1m high block
QDQ-2800, 6 blades from big to small when cutting 1.25m high block
QDQ-3200, 5 baldes from 3000mm to small,or 3 blades from 3200mm to small.when cutting 1.35mm high block
Other combinations are available, it depends on the block size
Features:
I. It is equipped with oil-immersed guide way for crossbeam and edge beam. while the slide track adopt dust proof to ensure the precise guide movement & long lifespan
II. Crossbeam is made of strong cast iron to avoid distortion after long term use.
III. It is equipped with hydraulic controlled elevation system. Blocks are cut automatically individually
IV. Blocks are cut directly on the ground or on block table as required, with blade input speed flexibly adjusted by variable frequency adjustable speed system according to slab character.
V. It is under computer control and works by program automatically.
