ZAP-C60 continuous asphalt mixing plant is mainly composed of cold supply system, inclined
belt feeder, dryer drum, burning system, elevator, dust collection system, finished products
storage bin, bitumen tank, mineral adding system and control system.
Features of ZAP-C60 asphalt mixing plant
1. Cold supply system of ZAP-C60-I asphalt mixing plant includes four hoppers and four
belt feeder, collection belt conveyor. This system adopts frequency speed control and
modular design while above the hopper equipped with grid, to prevent oversize aggregate
enter into small belt or drum.
2. Dryer drum of ZAP-C60 asphalt mixing plant adopts gear ring meshing transmission,
which is steady.
3. For burning system of ZAP-C60 asphalt mixing plant, the coal is optional.
4. The elevator plate chain of ZAP-C60 asphalt mixing plant adopts high strength wear-
resistant materials, Trailer reinforced with wear-resistant steel lip, make it has long
service life.
5. Dust collection system of ZAP-C60 asphalt mixing plant adopts six cylinder cyclone dust
removal and water dust removal; induced fan power 30kW, dust collection water pump power
3kW, level one screw power 2.2kW.
6. Finished product storage bin of ZAP-C60 asphalt mixing plant has added material level
sensor on the top part and has temperature sensor device at discharging port.
