Main Features:
QT5-15 semi-automatic is the clasic one of our machine,which has about 10 years history.
It is simple,strong and easy to operate.
This kind of machine has the following advantages:
A. Multifuctions:The machine can be used to make different products with different moulds,
like hollow blocks,solid bricks,pavers,Kurbstones and so on.
B. Power-saving:when the machine is working,only the main machine is always be on,other
parts only works at regular intervals.
C. Quick speed:The under and upper-part of mould inserts and pulls out quickly with
high-powered hydraulic pump.Meanwhile,all the processes like concrete feeding and mixing and
pallet feeding are finished at the same time.
D. Easy operation:The main machine is operated by one person,and other processes will be
completed automatically by electronics.Because pressure of viberating is high, concrete needs
less water.So the machine still can work under low temperature.
E. High quality of mould:Mould is an important part of machine.The steel is standard materials
for making moulds.
We have many procedures like adding carbon and boron,back fire for three times, polishing,and
so on.And the geomitry of the moulds is standard.

Our moulds
1>We use #45 steel , which is very good qulity in china, much thicker than others,like 235
2> The welding are controoled by very skillful workers who have en average more than 10 years,
gurantee the accurate size of mould.
3>The mould should be put into Special processor of more than 1000 Celsius, during that course,
also a serie of Chemical changes named carbonization, all this teratment Greatly improved the life
of the mold.
