1.cement:sand = 1:1.5~2.0 (weight)
2.water : cement = 1:0.25~0.35. The water should not be too much, otherwise tile will stick to mould.

Manufacturing process for KB-125C Concrete roof tile making machine
Cement + sand -- Elevating - Mixing - Fixed-quantity filling -Pressure forming- Mould unloading - Forming tiles - Maintenance - Finished products
1. At frist,the raw materials are put into the bucket elevator, then deliver to the rolling mixer,at this time,you must add some water into it.
2. After mixing, the mixture come into the dosing feeder,then,measurable mixture that one tile need will put down on the mould below through a small hole.
3. Then,a tile can be formed by high pressure,the pressure is about 125 tons. So the produced tile is very stable and dense.I think the constructor can boldly walk on the paved roof.
4. By the way,the tile need to dry out for about 3-7 days.Then you can paint.
During this process, many customers are confused how to put colors outside roof tiles. In fact there are two ways :
way 1: put colorful pigment inside mixer, together pressured by our machine.
way 2: after pressued by our machine, paint different color outside roof tiles.
