 *Application:

 

Applied to in-time and on-site treatment of medical waste in large and medium hospitals and scattered medical waste in rural areas. All equipments are integrated on one steel boar so the installation is quite easy.  

 

 

Operating Principle

 

Medical waste are put into autoclave vessel under saturated steam with temperature 134°C(273°F) and pressure 0.22Mpa(32psi) in 45 min to get fully sterilized; then the sterilized waste sent to shredder to crush into short pieces. The final treated medical with volume reduction of 80% and weight reduction of 20% can achieve the microbial inactivation LOGO4 (99.99%) and finally become ordinary city refuse for safe landfill

consists of autoclave system, steam boiler system, shredder & lifting device, automatic loading/delivery/un-loading unit, clean and disinfection system etc.
