The composes of Coal gasifier Stove:
This stove made of burning furnace,heat exchanger,bottom blower,flue gas circulating fan,hot air blower,flue gas draft fan,bath precipitators,flue and chimney,etc.
The main feature about the coal gasifier Stove:
(1)Heat exchanger and burner design all in one machine structure,easy to install.
(2)Before and after the heat exchanger,the combustion furnace disposed intermediate
and steering flue,the heat exchanger is not directly heated by the high temperature of the flame,extended service life.
(3)The reasonable design inside the coal gasifier stove the flue gas flow rate and air flow rate.
Flue gas in the cooling process,the large volume change,the flue gas flow rate control in a reasonable range,both higher heat transfer effects cited wind resistance and avoid too large,resulting in a positive pressure combustion and therefore changer the heat transfer surface of the heat pipe root number designed for a different quantity,the flue gas flow rate is always in a reasonable of values.
(4).Heat exchanger design using a small temperature difference,then it can reduce the heat changer inlet flue gas temperature,reduced the temperature difference of the heat exchange of the flue gas with air,it can significantly reduce the wall temperature of the high temperature inside the coal gasifier stove
