Brief Description of Air Flash Dryer:
Air Flash Dryer is such a drying system, it dries the raw meterials into a standard requirement, so that it can meet the customers' needs. These particular materials are including rice husk, sawdust and wood chip etc.
Structure of Air Flash Dryer:
Electrical cabinets+ Blash blower+Heater+Screw feeder+Drying pipe+Air seal machinery+Cyclone+Dust collector+Draft fan
Working Principle of Air Flash Dryer:
1) First, the wet materials are put into the hopper. Then the fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhausted blower (draft fan) quickly.
2) The hot air is going though the curving pipes, thus wet materials can get fully dried during the drying process.
3) After the wet materials get dried, the dried materials are expelled out by the exhausted blower.
