Brief Description of Airflow Drier:
Airflow Drier,also known as"Flashing drying", is the best suitable equipment for drying powdered materials. Airflow Drier is best suitable equipment for drying powdered materials. Airflow Drier structure with hot air not only drying materials, but also achieve te purpose of pneumatically conveying the specified location, therefore Airflow Drier have been widely used.
Drying is the important process before pelleting. To get the superior quality of biomass pellets with high density, it is necessary to control the misture of material at 12-18% exactly. The selection of drying plant modles depends on the original moisture content of raw materials.

Working Principle of Airflow Drier:
1.First, wet materials are put into the hopper of Airflow Drier, then the heating stove generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the drying pipes by the induced draft fan quickly.
2.The hot air is going though the curving pipes(drying pipes), high temperature air contact with wet material, the moisture on the surface immediately began gasification, the surface temperature will gradually rise.The wet material can get fully dried during the drying process.
3.After the wet materials get dried, the dried materials are usually separated from the drying hot air with a cyclone collector.
Features of Airflow Drier:
1.The selection of Airflow Drier models depend on the original moisture content of raw materials.
2. Materials are suspended in the hot air flow, material contact area with hot air is large, Airflow Drier heat transfer coefficient is higher compared with the ordinary dryer;
3. Usually contact time is very short, most of the material only between 0.5-5s, the longest 5 minutes, therefore is suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials of low melting point,But our Airflow Drier Contact time can be controlled.
4. Airflow Drier is simple, occupy smaller area, so it’s very convenient for smaller working site;
5, Wide applicability,Airflow Drier can be used for various powder materials, mainly sawdust, crushed straw, rice husk and so on.
6.This Airflow Dryer can reduce moisture 20%-40% of the materials at one time with the advantages of lower consumption and high efficiency.
7.The Maximum particle parameter of Airflow Drier is up to 10mm.
