Description of Sawdust Pipe Dryer:
Sawdust pipe dryer refers to put the powder-like wet sawdust to the dry tube using a continuous screw conveyor. When the high-speed hot air is delivering and dispersing ,the moisture in the material is evaporated. Then we get the powdery or granulous dry products.

Working Principle of Sawdust Pipe Dryer:
Sawdust pipe dryer include: heat furnace, the feed mouth, rotating cylinder, filter tube, material conveying pipe, the cooling tube and the discharge port. Rotating wheel cylinder is located in the driving roller, the initiative drive wheel driven by motor and
gearing-down in low-speed. There is a feed mouth between heat furnace and rotating cylinder. The rotating cylinder has a stir-frying lamina. There is a baffle between rotating cylinder and the filter tube, which also has a hole. The filter tube was connected with the
rotating cylinder at one.
Sawdust Pipe Dryer Application:
Pipe dryer widely used in the straw briquette fuel, charcoal machine, sawdust pellet fuel, sawdust briquetting, agriculture and animal husbandry projects and other industries. Such as corn stalks drying, soybean straw drying, drying of cotton stalks, wheat straw
drying, sorghum stalk drying, wood drying, drying of wood shavings, sawdust drying, ginkgo leaf drying, mulberry leaves drying and other agricultural cellulose.
Advantages of Sawdust Pipe Dryer:
1. Strongly drying strength. All the surface of the particle is the effective area due to the high dispersed in the airflow.
2. Less drying time.
3. Simple structure of the sawdust pipe dryer. small footprint, easy construction and maintenance.
4. Large handling amount and high thermal efficiency. When dry the unbound water, the thermal efficiency is up to 60%. There is a baffle in the filter tube and a slagging whole at the bottom. The cooling tube was connected with the material conveying pipe at one end
and the discharge port at the other end.1. Airflow dryer is suitable for drying materials of moisture 20-60%.
5. Sawdust pipe dryer is suitable for drying materials like sawdust, rice hull, milling wheat straw, corn stalks and so on.
6. Sawdust pipe dryer is equipped with two fuel boilers, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), air lock and cyclone.
7. Sawdust pipe dryer reduces the moisture to 8-12%, which it suitable for making wood pellet and wood briquette. Ideal for removal of moisture from free flowing materials which is light and small like sawdust, rice shell, milled stalks etc.
8. Clients can change the angle of dryer base on the production field.
9. Sawdust pipe dryer is only to control the moisture of raw material at a reasonable range that can make good result of biomass briquettes. Or the briquettes will be broken because of too loose or too dry.
Requirements of the raw material by using Sawdust Pipe Dryer:
1. For using material of two or more types, they should be mixed in suitable form.
2. The feed material should be equal.
3. Raw material diameter is less than 5 mm; Length less than 5 mm.
4. Moisture of raw materials could be 20-60%
