1.Application of air-flow dryer machine
The air-flow dryer machine is suitable for rice husk,sawdust,wood shaving,tree branch,wood chips,etc.The diameter of these material should be less than3mm,and the length should be less than 5mm,final prodict will be achieve the best effect.
2.Working principle of air-flow dryer machine
(1)After installation the air-flow dryer machine,open the fan,check the fan running direction and the suction power of outlet,whether is normal or not.
(2)Large pieces material will be sieve out through the rotary drum screen,also can use artificial selection.This is conducive to the normal operation of the dryer and the service life of equipment.
(3)Adding fuel to ignite in the hot air stove ,turn on the fan.When the temperature of outlet more than 100 degrees celsius,start feeding material,then drying.
(4)Baiting can be used mechanical method or artificoal way(need to master the methods of uniform discharge),it is conducive to the normal operation of the dryer machine.
