Vacuum hot-pressing furnace
Brief
The vacuum hot-press sintering furnace is widely used for hot pressed sintering process of hardly alloy, functional ceramics and powder metallurgy under high temperature and high vacuum pressure, can also be used for formed sintering under protective atmosphere.
Structure
1.Vacuum system
This system consist of oil diffusion pump, roots pump, mechanical pump is equipped with electromagnetic differential pressure valve ( to prevent the mechanical pump oil flooding due to a sudden power failure ), charging valve, deflation valve, vacuum butterfly valve,vacuum pressure gauge (±Pa),sylphon bellows, vacuum piping and bracket., etc.
2.Hydraulic system:
Using electric input mode, the hydraulic power unit is equipped with proportional valve, pressure transducer, using grating ruler on the displacement monitor with linear encoder (distance accuracy 0.02mm), hydraulic cylinder and other related equipments. Semi-automatic pressure regulator, and it can be adjusted manually. Instrument can be set to automatically adjust the pressure, to ensure stabilize and protect the pressure.
3.Water cooling system
It is composed of a variety of valves, pipes and related device, and it is equipped with audible and visual alarm of water-break, to cut off the heating supply automatically.
4.Temperature control system
Using silicon controlled to control temperature, equipped with PID function meter and digital meter., with the sound and light alarm function of over-temperature. Can also use PLC touch screen automatic control,can save the historical datas for analyzing the sintering process.
5.Inflation system
It consists of a variety of valves and pipes, equipped with solenoid vent valve and pressure transducer. It will automatically deflate when over pressured. Inflatable tube is fitted with a needle valve, used for controlling the inflating volume.
