Usage

The 25 kgs vacuum induction smelting furnace is a modern equipment which is used for melting metal under vacuum conditions using the intermediate frequency induction heating principle. It is widely used for melting and casting of nickel base, titanium alloy, iron base and other high precision alloy or high purity metal under vacuum or protective atmosphere filled case, in metallurgical factory and scientific research departments concerned, due to its ability to strictly control the melting temperature and the alloy composition and electromagnetic stirring and powerful high vacuum degassing capacity.

It can also be used for melting low-resistance metals and their alloys indirectly, such as gold, silver, copper, aluminum and bronze by using crucibles that mixed with fire clay , or high purity zirconia crucibles.
