Vacuum Water Quenching Furnace
Brief
This furnace is mainly used for solid solution treatment and water quenching of titanium alloy, low alloy steels and eastic alloys, etc.
Structural features
1.Horizontal and double chamber structure, 1 heating chamber and 1 water quenching chamber. Through the front furnace door of the chamber to load and unload the heat treated parts.
2.Using the whole internal furnace loading trolley structure, big loading capacity, short time for transferring the parts.
3.Heating elements are arranged evenly and regularly in the heating zone, high heating uniformity.
4.Equipped with high efficiency external water cooling recycling system, strong quenching ability, and small deformation.
