This product is composed of furnace cover, furnace body, furnace bottom, crucible rotating mechanism, vacuum system and if power control system.
The cover, body and bottom of the furnace adopt double water-cooled structure, and keep the temperature of the shell not exceeding 60℃. The opening mode of the furnace cover is manual, and observation hole and baffle are set on the furnace cover. In order to add alloy elements in the melting process, an alloy feeder is specially arranged on the furnace cover. There is an induction coil in the furnace body. The molten liquid in the crucible can be easily poured into the ingot mold by manually turning the handle outside the furnace. The ingot mold can be designed to be water-cooled. The upper part of the crucible is provided with a temperature measuring device.
The vacuum system adopts two stage pumps, namely k-300 oil diffusion pump and 2X-70 mechanical pump, which are equipped with electromagnetic air release valve to avoid returning oil after power failure. The vacuum unit is provided with an air release valve and an air charging valve.
If power supply can choose KGPS thyristor IGBT integrated power supply, full digital circuit, etc. The electrical system is equipped with over current, over voltage backfeed and protection circuit.
