Product Introduction
This machine adopts mechanical, electrical, optical and pneumatic integration technology, It’s a advanced equipment and has the function of automatic handle loop bonding(speed up to 75pcs/min, equal to 5 worker’s bonding speed or 5 handle loop sealing machine), suitable for the printed non-woven fabric, different specs of non-woven handle bags, flat bag, D-cut bag, bottom/side gusset bag, vest bags and drawstring bags etc. can be made by this machine. Which can replace the traditional handle-sealing, reduce labor and manufacturing cost , vast apply to the packing of costume, shoes, wine, gift etc.
Main Features
2.Auto counting and stopping when setting numbers freely;
3.High voltage static processor and auto constant temperature heating controller;
4.Equipped with stepping motor(computer fixed length), manual unwinding magnetic powder tension controller, photoelectric tracking, printing color mark track orientation, auto counting and alarming, auto punching and auto bonding handle etc., which make it accurate and stable.

1.Before packing, we grease the metal parts with white oil, which will make it rust-proof, water-proof and shinning.
2.The standard packing is strong wooden pallet with film covered.
3.Wooden case is available or according to the customer's request.
1. How many days will you finish installing ?
We will finish installation and training within 15days.
2. How long is your machine's warranty period?
All our machine have one year guarantee, starting from finished installation.
3. How could we do after one year warranty period?
We also can do service for you, but you need pay salary for my technician 80USD/day.
4. How could we do if the parts broken within warranty?
We would express the free replacement parts during the warranty date.
5. How many worker do we need running those machines?
Except Two for bag making machine, flexo printing, slitting, ultrasonic sewing, hydraulic punching machine only need one person for each.
6. What should we charge for your engineer?
You should charge for the cost of our engineer's visa , air tickets, hotel, food ,and also their salary 80USD one day per person.
