Latest model of full automatic high speed food paper bag making machine is composed of roll material-feeding,conveyor,perforating paper bag shape,automatic side gluing,tube forming & gusseting,and bag length-fixed,folding sharp bottom,bottom gluing,and the finished bag collecting platform.It can produce many size of paper bags, food bags,bread bags,grocery bags,environmental packaging bags & etc.

1. Machine use three sets high precision imported BECKHOFF,Germany Servo System. Machine operation easy, running stable, saving cost, improve production efficiency.
2. Automatic counter that according to requirement set bag quantity, automatic alarming and stopping system, operation simple and accurate.
3. Machine use Schneider’s touch screen, BECKHOFF’s PC control system, highly artificial intelligence control, ensure better performance.
4. Machine feeding unit use automatic pneumatic loading, magnetic powder brake, SICK photocell tracking, automatic tension control and Italian Selectra EPC.
5. Machine can make paper bag or plastic window bag (Robatech’s hot melt device), gusset or without gusset, it’s the ideal model for food packing industry.
