Main Materials of Electrical Silver Contacts:

Ag/Cu, AgCdO/Cu, AgNi/Cu, FAg/Cu, AgSnO2/Cu, AgSnO2InO3/Cu, etc 

Characteristic Of Electrical Silver Contacts:

 1. Silver Contacts and Ag/Cu bimetal rivet: Pure silver has a high level of electrical and thermal conductivity, good plasticity and arc corrosion resistance, as well as a very low contact resistance.

2. AgCu rivet:This contact has good electrical conductivity and its surface is not liable to oxidization. 

3. Fk Ag contact rivet:This fine crystal silver contains a 0.12% nickel additive and has a low contact resistance, which is similar to that of pure silver, without the variable switching times.

4. AgNi /Cu bimetal rivet:In low voltage engineering, this contact is widely used in AC switches as an electrical contact. 

5. AgCdO/Cu bimetal silver contacts:This contact includes AgCdO10, AgCdO12, AgCdO15, and this kind of electrical contact has one of the most important materials in silver - metal oxide contact material.

6. AgZnO rivet and AgZnO/Cu bimetal rivet: The oxide of this contactor is more thermally stable than CdO. 

7. AgSnO2 and AgSnO2 In2O3 and bimetal rivet: AgSnO2 and AgSnO2In2O3 are the ideal environment-protecting materials for substituting AgCdO.

We need to know the following information for your order: 1) Product information: Quantity, Specification(size ,material, the thickness of silver and packing requirement) or other technology requirement, the drawing of your project will be the best. 2) Delivery time required. 3) Shipping information: Company name, Address, Phone number, Destination seaport/airport. 4) Forwarder's contact details if there is any in China.

6. Q: How long and how to get sample from us ?

A:

1) If you need some sample to test ,we can make as per your request, please provide us PDF, DWG or STEP format file for making.

You should pay for the transportation freight of samples and sample cost (cost from USD100 to USD200,depend on the product and material),while the sample cost can be refundable if order is confirmed and QTY goes up to 200,000pcs or depends on your product amount . 2) Lead time for making sample: about 7 days 3) The transportation freight of samples: the freight depends on the weight and packing size and your area.
