Product Description
Rubber Banbury Mixer Mill 1. Inside of mixing chamber, drop door and float weight are designed with perimeter drilling type to be cooling (for the rubber) or heating (for the plastics).
Rotor is bored sprinkling type for cooling (for the rubber) or heating (for the plastics) which lead to the best effect.
3. Rotors are equipped with rolling bearing to ascertain power economization and longer service life
4. The hydraulic balance type (except 50L) of shaft seal in the rotor is adopted, specific pressure is consisent on the four sealing faces.
The sealing effect is reliable,reaching both sealing and minimizing the wearing rate for the sealing ring.
5. Hydraulic driven drop door and locking device are adopted with plug board to maintain reliable sealing and quick opening and closing.
6. The imported advanced PLC controller with “automatic” and “manual” operations is adopted in the electric system.
