1.Application of Banbury Rubber Kneader/kneader machine
Rubber Kneader,also called dispersion kneader, it is used to make efficient mixing of the
rubber materials in rubber processing line
2.Advantage of Rubber Kneader
1)High efficiency.
Rubber or plastic material will plasticized or mixed with high productivity in a closed ,pressurized
and controlled temperature environment.
2)Energy saving.
The capacity is 6~8 times compared with open mill under the same condition of power level.
3)Patent sealing system.
At the joint between the top of the mixing chamber and the cantilevered arm of the machine
frame, the dust sealing assemblies with curved slotted partings are used obtaining an
excellent and reliable sealing purpose.
The end face of the rotor is sealed by end contact sealing with non oil-lubrication and is seals
well and is wear-resistant and durable
4)Rotors and chamber are chromed.
Chromplate thickness of 0.15mm,make the rotor is durable, and corrosion resistant.
5)Pneumatic control system:
Pneumatic control system is controlled by XG order. The bi-directional air cylinder makes the
ram up or down. In case the over load occurs in the mixing chamber, the top ram can be raised
automatically or manually if necessary, so as to protect motor from overload.
6)Electric control system
Imported PLC device and electric control components which are all imported products or
imported technology products are adopted in the electric control system as to raise control
reliability.
