Two Roll Mixing Mill

 

  

 
Application : The mill is used for rubber plasticating, mixing, warming and sheeting.

General design:

1. The mill consists mainly for rolls, frame, bearing, roll nip adjusting, screw, heating and cooling device, emergency stop, lubrication system and such sections as electrical controls and, etc.

2. The main electric motor arrives the front and rear rolls to rotate oppositely through reduar, driving geras and friction gears.

 

Main features:

 

 

 

1. The roller adopts the vanadium titanium metal alloy chilled cast iron and its surface is hard and wear-proof with long service life. The internal cavity is processed to make temperature well proportioned to the roller surface.

 

 

 

2. The speed reducer is the hard-tooth surface gear reducer of class 4 precision, which is durable and with low noise.

 

 

 

3. The machine is also equipped with an emergency brake device. When an emergency arises, just push the emergency stop button, the machine will stop immediately. It is safe and reliable.

 

 

 

4. The machine is equipped with an overload protection device to prevent the main components from being damaged.

 

 

 

5. The transmission system adopts a hardened tooth-surface reducer, which has a compact structure with higher transmission efficiency, lower noise and longer service life.

 

 

 

6. The base frame is a whole framework, which is convenient for installation.

 

 

 

7. The seal structure with special design can eliminate the leaking phenomenon of lubricating oil.
