1.Products overview
1.1 This experiment bench can use control way of panel relay control, factory standard configuration does not include the PLC, but user can self-prepared the PLC and do the corresponding experiment. The equipment equips with common pneumatic components. It is suitable for professional training teaching of mechanical and mechatronics, etc.
1.2 Products are aluminum desktop, square tube frame, is arranged at the bottom of the slide with casters. The platform is on the right side of the control module, including the leakage protection function.
2. The main technical indexes of the product
2.1 Size: 1600mmx600mmx1530mm; 90kg
2.2 The power supply: single phase AC220V, power < 1500W
2.3 Performance and characteristic
(1)Experiment bench adopts vertical design with desktop, electrical control is arranged at the right side.
(2)Control panel is pneumatic controlling panel, equips with control way of PLC connection interface and relay,its electrical system is independent control mode, no interference with each other, adopts 24V safety voltage.
(3)Pneumatic experiment bench equips the system displacement sensor control device;
(4)Pneumatic experiment bench adopts industrial physical-body valve,can achieve the purpose as actual operation in the field.
(5)In the condition of working if pressure of pneumatic system is not over 0.8Mpa,pneumatic components will not have the phenomenon of air leakage
(6)Operation bench is made of T type aluminum alloy profile, equipped with component module specially designed,can be casually combine with various experimental loop.
