1.Products overview
The bench adopts control plate the PLC control of relay control and the outer expansion two ways,
configured with a common hydraulic components for Practical Teaching in the mechanical, electrical and
mechanical integration.

3. Performance and characteristics
Ø The bench adopts design of the vertical table-mounted, electrical controls for right mounted arrangement.
Ø The control panel for the hydraulic control panel with PLC connection interface and relays are two
control modes, the electrical system for the independent control mode without disturbing each other, and
safe 24V voltage.
Ø The hydraulic bench set system oil temperature rise detection sensors and system pressure unloading
control device;
Ø Hydraulic bench components adopt industrial physical body, you can achieve the purpose of the actual
field operations.
Ø When the hydraulic system pressure in working not greater than 5Mpa, hydraulic components without
leakage.
Ø The hydraulic station equipped with flow control valve, can according to the requirements to adjust the
required flow quantity for diversion, and is equipped with a flow meter can regulate and control when
needed.
Ø Operating platform adopt T-type aluminum alloy sections to produce, with a specially designed component modules, can be freely
combined to tap into a variety of experimental loop.
