DEBAO-118S Intelligent paper cup machine adopt iron board isolation structure, designing cam transmission system under the iron board. With automatic oil spray lubrication system, the longitudinal axis transmission structure & indexing cylinder cam driving fast. All those ensure machine longer running life and easy for machine maintance. Machine running under PLC control & Electrical sensor tracking & Servo motor feeding method. High quality request customer can add CCD camera dection system by option. The machine production capacity can up to 120cups/min for 2.5-16 oz(75-460 cc)cold/hot cups.

3) High pressure double crank to control the die opening and closing.

5) Apply a linker to connect with the air conveyor ,which can directly inline with filling machine .
Transmission
We adopt longitudinal axis drive.Cylindrical type barrel shape indexing cam.This design optimize machine internal layout,ensure the machine drive precision.

Swizerland Leister
Swizerland Leister heating device is equipped for cup body and bottom sealing.
Bottom paper is heated before they are feeding.
Thus it improving the heating effect& no water leaking.
2 ways for top curling
The first top curling use the uinternal expanding rotational molding,in favor of improving the paper forming intensity.
The second curling order use heat forming. It keeps cup top beautiful and dimension stability.
