DABAO-L12 Nromal speed paper cup machine
DB-L12 Paper Cup Machine is multi-station automatic machine. It's a ideal equipment for forming single PE & double PE paper cup from 2.5 oz to 12 ing Steps as :cups body side sealing,bottom punching,bottom forming&sealing, bottom knurling, Cup top curling.
Main Features
1)The main-frame of machine is an incline.And the incline can help the cup drop into plastic hole easily.
2)The shape of the head is oblate,which can seal the cup well.The design is much better than round shape.
3)The machine sends the bottom paper to the cup automaticlly in good shape.
Machine Turnplates
Aluminum material made for 3 turnplates.
Compared with Iron turnplate, Aluminum turnplates is less weight than iron. Therefore, machine driving system with less pressure.
Machine working faster, and machine working life will be longer.
How's DB-L12 special?
DB-L12 front frame is an inclined, So paper cups can drop into plastic hole more easily than other type machine.
It help machine save more electricity, and slove the problem of paper jam.
