ZY69 Belt Conveyor is suitable for harbor, mine, grain, freight yard, warehouse and other departments, which is a kind of simple transitions, wide application, and high efficiency transportation equipment.
Working principle
This machine is inclined installation, mine paddle from feed inlet (inlet position defined by user)
into the tank, the tank bottom to form a settling tank, utilization of mineral particles in the

port paddle surface, discharge, while the large particles, heavy particle material is sinking

Technical Parameters
Structure
The machine consists of water tank, spiral, transmission mechanism, lifting mechanism, a lower seat, discharging valve, into the mine mouth.
1)Transmission device for spiral: work force, composed of a motor through a triangle belt, reducer, gear drives the screw drive.
2)Spiral: child main working components, plays on mine paddle stirring and coarse mineral transport use, spindle for seamless steel pipe, is arranged on the upper end of the driving device on the frame, is arranged in the lower seat, spiral blade is supported by the support.

4)Lifting mechanism: its role is when open the machine shutdown will spiral shaft lifting and lowering. According to different specifications, by manually or motor driven to complete the lifting operation.
Type FG-12 and type FG-20 for the motor drive, the remaining models for manual actuation. Driven by a motor, in order to protect the machine in the safety of operation of special provided with travel agencies,

5)Lower support: its role is to support the spiral.
6)Discharging valve: for when necessary to exclude a tank body of ore paddle and setting, in the normal production time to tightly seal.
