QG-4A Metallographic Cutting Machine
Description:
l QG4A is mainly used for cutting irregular general metallographic sample materials such as round cylinder and polygon and protruding platforms, etc.
l This machine adopts double-shells totally closed structure and quick clamp organization.
l It can guarantee cutting under absolutely safe status, this machine equipped with front, back, left, and right board, the thickness of sample can be changed arbitrarily, and the speed of entering is controllable.
l It’s furnished with the strong cooling system to avoid the sample organization burns because of being overheated in cutting, and the sample can be transferred arbitrarily to the location while cutting,
l It can avoid little burn of the sample surface while cutting and falling,
l It can increase the cutting section, improve the utilization ratio of cutting emery wheel slice;
l Convenient advantages in operation, maintenance;
l Good apparatus for cutting irregular sample materials.
