Manufacturer Three Ribbed Rebar Steel Cold Rolling Machinery
This Cold-rolled ribbed steel bar production line equipment is rolled coiled steel by cold rolling,
cold rolling and then its surface to form three sides of a crescent reinforced by transverse ribs
straightening, processed into a cast or prefabricated construction directly cold-rolled ribbed
steel bars. This production line mainly rolls diameter of 4—12mm and ordinary low carbon
tray bar or low alloy tray bar with multiple cold rolling and a ribbing rolling, which finally forms
reinforcing steel with three-side crescent shape ribs. The raw material is hot-rolled low carbon
wire rod tray bar. It's widely applicable to highway, airport, irrigation works, city planning and
construction engineering.
Detailed Description of Rebar/Bar Ribbed Steel Cold Rolling Machine
1 Derusting Machine
The machine is close type, there have three rotary wheels inside, we could adjust it up and down, it is easier for the raw materials installation, we could put the wire rod inside, then adjust the wheels.
2. Rolling mill
The rollers’ angle should be 120°, at the same center, first rolling mill is mainly for reducing the diameter, second set of rolling mill is for making the rebar,
3. Plate Machine
The machine is with electromagnetic motor, it offer the power for the whole line, the motor speed could be adjusting, it will change the rolling speed.
4. Stress-Relieving Machine
This machine is mainly for reducing the machine hardness.
5. The Wire Drawing Machine matches the moment type motor, the mainly spare parts is the wire wheel
6.Straight Machine and Cutter
The whole production line which we ship to Turky last year for ribbed wire making
