1. PM Series Automatic Flute Laminator adopts unique pressing spring front lay registration design compliant with PLC control system which makes machine run at high lamination precession and low rate of breaking down.

2. The machine uses frequency converter for speed regulation, PLC central control, simulation to digit program system.

3. Double servo motors are used to control bottom sheets to get to the front lay timely and accurately. Thus the machine accuracy is ensured even in operation and adjusting conditions.

4.Balance-tested rollers, tight assembling technique, plus timing belts driving mechanic system makes the machine run at low noise with high precision.

5.The machine adopts automatic glue supply and recyclable glue circulating system.Self-developed high-strength feeder compliant with high configuration electric system makes the machine run at low malfunction.

6.The electric parts used are all world wide available brand or well-known Chinese brand.

7.All material are inspected according to ISO-9001 standard and the key parts such as bearings are imported ones.

8.The face sheet for this machine can be 150-450 GSM. The bottom sheet can be A, B, C, D,E,F flute corrugated sheet as well as 3 ply board or 5 ply card board with the maximum thickness not more than 8mm.
