What is MBR membrane ?
Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is the combination of a membrane process like microfiltration or
ultrafiltration with a suspended growth bioreactor or ultrafiltration with a suspended growth
bioreactor, and is now widely used for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment.
Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) systems offer several operational and economic advantages
compared to traditional wastewater treatment plants. MBR systems eliminate the need for
secondary clarifiers and tertiary treatment. This allows to increased performance with a smaller
footprint.

Install mbr membrane
membrane installation and precautions
When MBR membrane module to be installed on the frame , please follow the step.
1. Remove the package of MBR membrane from box . ( Since we use double package , in order to prevent contamination , it is recommended to open both ends of the inner bag installed during installation. )
2. The MBR membrane module mounted to the frame of the diaphragm base , vertically rising MBR membrane module . ( When transporting MBR membrane , please hand side of the other end of the diaphragm or the mandrel . )
3. The membrane surface with the white powder which used to maintain membrane function performance , is non-toxic and pollution-free solid .

4. The MBR membrane fix to the frame.
5. Remove the inner bag MBR membrane module .

6. Use soapy water to check for leaks , etc .
7. Once confirmed no leak , the frame moves to infiltrate position, and then set the framework for water connections , air inlet tube and pipe production unit measured , the air tube .
8. The framework to soak in the activated sludge tank and completely submerged membrane with water .
