Trapezoid Jigger Descriptions
Our Trapezoid Jigger is a new type of energy saving and high efficient gravity separation equipment and developed based on the traditional Sine Wave Jig. The difference between Trapezoid Jigger and Sine Wave Jig is that the pulsation curve for jigging is saw-tooth wave shape, with speedy upward flow and slow downward flow. Bed layer is elevated integrally and slowly dropped with a long effective loose time, allowing significant increase of handling capacity for unit screen surface, decrease of lower limit of grain size recovery and large save of make-up water for under size fraction.
Trapezoid jigger is the sine-wave side-moving jigger with double rows of eight chambers. It's working section become wider along the ore pulp flowing direction. The stoke and stroke times of each paralleing chamber can be adjusted independently to form different jigging frequency. It has the character of big capacity, big feeding rang and high recovery rate and strong applicability.
The trapezoid jipper is widely used in the water benefication processing of jigger for alluvial god, alluvial tin, tungsten, tatalum, mercury, antimony, hematite, limonite,pyrite, etc.
