GoldTrommel Scrubber introduce:
It is a kind of combined gold mining machine , designed especially for clayed soil which is contained in the raw material, includes sieving, separating through trammel, sluice and extraction gold progress. It is with wheel type chassis, can be driven by vehicles and move easily.
How does Gold Trommel Scrubber work?
1) Input of raw materials through heavy equipment
Raw materials inputted through the entrance of the hopper will be pushed into the trommel screen by the strong water pressure of the shower equipped in the hopper.
2) Selection and cleaning of raw materials
Raw materials of the trommel screen will be cleaned and selected by the rotation of trommel screen and, by watering of the shower inside, run into the gold dust separate panel.
3) Collecting of gold dust separated
Soil and sands with lighter specific gravity will flow away but gold dusts with greater specific gravity will be staying in the gathering mat to be collected.
Gold Trommel scrubber working principle:
Using excavator to feed raw material to the hopper ,then, they flow into double trommel , big stones and pebble can be separated and flow outside of the equipment, mineral aggregate with gold whose diameter is less than 6mm can enter into the beneficiation sluice through inner trammel screen,there is a fixed and high extraction ratio gold felt sluice in one side of the beneficiation sluice to extract gold particle. The machine is equipped with big flow capacity and big head water pump, can supply high pressure water for hopper, trammel, the mineral aggregate with gold will flow through the gold felt in the effect of self weight and waterpower ,lighter mud or sand will be washed away and big specific gravity gold is left on the gold felt.
Optional equipment:
Mobile wheels, grizzly, water pump, diesel engine or diesel generator, shaking table, jig machine, gold centrifugal concentrator, belt conveyor.
