Trommel screen separator can screen the following materials: topsoil, black earth, compost, organic waste, green waste, wood waste (bark, sawdust, woodchips etc), domestic refuse, recycled asphalt, concrete, slag coal, sand, gravel, clay and many other materials.
Municipal Solid Waste Processing System-- Garbage trommel screen
The Trommel screen provide a simple, efficient and economical solution to upgrade a wide rang of material and optimize the subsequent process steps of recovery. This method of screening helps to reduce operating and investment cost and to increase product quality, while allowing rapid and large volume processing.
Rotary screen is widely used for alluvial gold sieving and graded washing. It working principle is to enable the materials inside screen drum (passage) to move forward through the rotation around axis and the angles (6°-12°). The drum body is made of mesh grid or perforated steel plate. The motor drives the transmission system to rotate. This drum is frequently used for ore washing, sand washing, grading and desliming etc.
GarbageTrommel Screen Effects and Principles
It includes hexagon drum or round drum,rack,hopper,reducer and motor.it depends on centrifugal force and jigging action of the drum rolling,differentsize of the crushed materials can be screened.and they will be in the respective hoppers and then take away by people or belt conveyor.
