1.Application of screw sand washer
Sand washing machine is widely used in washing, grading, cleaning and washing operation operation of metallurgy, building materials,water and electricity industries. 2.Working principal of screw sand washer
When the spiral sand washer working. Motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly through the belt, reducer, gear reducer. Tumbling and grinding with the impeller driving when sand and gravel into washing groove. Then remove the gravel covered surface impurities, and destruction of water vapor coated layer of sand, in order to facilitate the dehydration; at the same time, add water, forming strong currents, and wash away the small proportion of the impurities and foreign from the overflow outlet , complete cleaning effect. Clean sand were away by the leaves. Finally into the discharge port from the rotating impeller, complete sand cleaning effect.
