Clay Screw Sand Washing Machine
Screw sand washer is developed according to the principle of different particles with different fall
velocities because of their sizes and densities. Fine particles float in the water and form the
overflow; coarse particles fall down to the bottom of the trough and are pushed to the top port by
the impellers and discharge. During working, the motor drives the impellers to rotate slowly by
triangle belt, decelerating motor and gears. Sand enters the washing trough from the fed trough, roll
and grind each other under the driving of impellers. Then wrapped impurity around the sand surface
is removed and the vapor layer is destroyed at the same time. While the impurities and dirt is
removed by the added water flow, cleaned material is conveyed upward by the rotating impellers to
the discharge chute.
