Jaw crusher Function and Scope of application
Jaw crusher is applicable in mining, metallurgy, manufacture of building materials, chemical industries. It can crush raw materials with different sizes into equable nubs. Matched with mine selecting equipment, the nubs can be used as aggregate of roadbed stone and paring stone.
Jaw crusher working principle
The Principle of work is that the motor make kinetic jaws running up and down through the eccentric shaft, by driving the belt and belt pulley. The angle between the bracket and kinetic jaws will became big when kinetic jaws raise, so kinetic jaws can approach fixed jaws. At the same time, the materials are crushed and the purpose of crush is finished. The angle between the bracket and kinetic jaws will became small when kinetic jaws down. so kinetic jaws leave fixed jaws under the effect of rod and spring. While the materials have broken are discharged form crusher body. With the periodic motion of kinetic jaws crush and discharge materials because of the motors continuous rotation.
